Established in 1919, on the very same area at the North of Milan where it is now, Brena started its activity when the industrial economy was less developed than the agricultural one.
Now we own the most recent existing machinery and equipment as well as up-to-date manufacturing and control technologies to make the product (general mechanical branch, gears, cutting, bevel gear, ecc.) able to satisfy the most various and particular requests of the customer:
- Advanced cad design
- Teeth cutting machines for straight and helicoidal tooth up to 1600 mm diameter
- Spiral bevel gear cutting machines Klingelnberg for Palloid and Palloid cycle, including bevel gear grinding of involute with HPG+S system up to 1200 mm diameter
- Grinding of inside and outside diameter up to 1300 mm
- Grinding of straight and helicoidal teeth up to 1600 mm
- Grinding of bevel gear Klingelnberg, Gleason and Oerlikon up to 400 mm
- Klingelnberg PNC 100 unit control machine to verify and certify the gear’s quality
- Bevel gear noise certificate made by phono meter Brünel and Kjar
